May 7, 2007 MOTION: Tad Haas moved we accept Kevin
Schilling’s bid of $3500 to fix the bathrooms at the
pavilion. Steve Powell seconded the motion.
May 7, 2007 MOTION: Randall Colston moved that we amend the
mowing contract to mow the levies on a bi-weekly basis. This
does not include the bottom portion of the levy bounded by
Pleasant Hill Road, which will continue to be mowed monthly.
Steve Powell seconded this motion.
April 9, 2007 MOTION: Steve Powell moved and Bob Haas
seconded we allow a maximum of $1,000 for the purposes of
hiring a trapper to take care of the beaver problem
March 5, 2007 MOTION: Amy Payne moved and Sarah Ellis
seconded to authorize the Welcome Committee to spend up to
$600 to purchase welcome committee packets and contents.
March 5, 2007 MOTION: Steve Powell moved and Joe Butler
seconded, the Board contract with All-Star Security Company
to provide a security officer with a car for 32 hours per
week, with extra coverage on special days, if the hourly
rate does not exceed $17.00 per hour.
February 27, 2007 MOTION: Bob Haas moved and
Melvin Hill seconded to contract services with Mr. Rick
Grayson at a rate of $10.00 per hour for a period not to
exceed 90 days or until we hire another security company.
February 5, 2007 MOTION: Amy Payne moved and
Steve Powell seconded, we replace the current mowing group
with Ground Masters Landscaping.
February 5, 2007 MOTION: Steve Powell moved
to take the word “buck” out of “buckshot” from the first
amendment. Melvin Hill seconded this motion.
February 5, 2007 MOTION: Melvin Hill moved to
give Mr. Vince McCloskey permission to go out to McCloskey
Park to eradicate the beavers using conventional means,
including, but not limited to, the use of #4 buckshot
discharged from a legal fire arm, live traps and wire around
the trees. Mr. McCloskey will be given a letter of
permission that will also indemnify any cause of claims
arising out of such action. Tad Haas seconded this motion.
January 22, 2007 MOTION: Steve Powell moved
and Vicki Wilder seconded that we not spend any additional
funds on the security car beyond routine maintenance without
bringing the issue before the Board.
January 14, 2007 MOTION: Steve Powell moved
and Todd Haas seconded that we authorize the payment for
repairs done on the security car.
January 8, 2007 MOTION: Sarah Ellis moved to
nominate Dianna Broadway to replace Walter Jenkins. Tad Haas
seconded the motion.

include the housekeeping resolutions, such as accepting
minutes, reports and such. If you need to see one of these
motions please review the minutes. If there is a discrepancy
between this document and the Accepted Minutes, the Minutes
are the official document and will take precedence. It was
my intent to publish all resolutions other than
housekeeping, it I missed one, please send me a note.
